I offer two types of therapy: individual and couples. However, before you decide if you’d like to work with me, I like to offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you.

THERAPY

Individual therapy can help with anxiety, depression, life stressors, lack of motivation, life transitions, ADHD, the grief of losing a loved one, and much more. If you are experiencing something that is affecting your quality of life, therapy can help.

 

My approach with my clients is eclectic and tailored to each person. No one person is the same, and neither is their therapeutic approach.

Learning to communicate better is one of the most important parts of a successful relationship.

 

Couples therapy can help to build effective communication skills, decrease conflict, build connection, and create a space built on love and respect.
